Macarons By Agatha Policies
When submitting an order form, the order is NOT confirmed immediately. Once it is received, Macarons By Agatha will reach out to you within 24 hours to discuss your order and how we can serve you. Your order will be officially confirmed once payment is received.
Orders must be placed a minimum of 48 hours prior to fulfillment date, and although we strive to fulfill every order, it is possible we may be booked in this time frame (unless we have extra inventory, which we welcome you to ask about).
In the event that plans change as they sometimes do in life, orders can be cancelled and refunded in full (or rescheduled) no later than 2 weeks prior to fulfillment date, after which we will not be able to offer a refund. We do many custom orders which cannot be sold to another customer, involve a great deal of loving preparation, scheduling, and material costs, and we strive for outstanding quality and freshness.
Orders placed with a fulfillment date sooner than 2 weeks must be paid in full no later than the date specified when we respond to your order. There are no refunds on such orders, but we are certainly open to discussing a reschedule or credit with you.
Deliveries which become undeliverable due to incorrect information or lack of a recipient at the location will be held until we can arrange another delivery at the earliest convenient time, but will incur another delivery charge if we deliver again. After 48 hours we will not be able to ensure freshness, and therefore cannot deliver the product, and cannot offer a refund.
If you are not satisfied with your product, we want to make it right! Our baker pours her heart into her creations and wants you to enjoy them as much as she does making them. Please notify us AND return at least 75% the product within 24 hours of receiving your order, provide proof of purchase, and we can determine if taking any accommodating action is appropriate (refund or credit). Our customers are everything to us, so we want to honestly accommodate any who are dissatisfied, but reserve the right to refuse a refund/credit if the product meets our standards upon return.
